Multi-Level Group Piano Classes at JACOBS MUSIC, Ephrata, PA:

• Wednesdays 5:15 pm (60 min)   Age 14-18
• Wednesdays 6:30 pm (45 min)   Age 8-13   
• Adult Classes TBA
• Other classes and times TBA 

TUITION:

• Piano Primer age 4-8: $95/mo
• Piano Pyramid Multi-Level Group Piano Classes age 8+: $135/mo
• Piano for Adults - Five lessons package: $235/mo

When you submit this form, you will become a 4 week Trial Student and will receive 
an invoice to cover the cost of the trial lessons 
(age 4-8 $95; age 8+ $135).

If you wish to continue with lessons past the trial period, you'll receive an invoice to include:

• Registration fee age 4-8 $95; age 8+ $135 (covers materials and studio events for the year)
• monthly tuition fee (age 4-8 $95; age 8+ $135)
